Steve Oliver, Jim Ward and Florence Schaap

Westmount Moving (Waterloo) Operations quality awards for the start to 2010 were celebrated at a breakfast meeting on June 16th at the Holiday Inn in Kitchener.

Two categories, Crew Chief and Crew Member, received awards for our top two performers in each category. These are decided by a combination of several factors:

Mike Fleice, Jim Ward and Florence Schaap

1. personal quality scores based on feedback from our customers
2. work performance
3. overall attitude
4. reliability

Our four awards went out to: Steve Oliver, Jim MacDonald (Crew Chief), Joe Wunder, Mike Fleice (Crew Members)

Our two month of May awards went out to: Steve Oliver (Crew Chief) and Joe Wunder (Crew Member)

The winners are seen receiving their awards from Jim Ward, Operations Manager, Waterloo Branch and Florence Schaap, Director of Quality and Processes.
